Sampling Tube and Tips

Remove cutting tips easily from JMC Environmentalist's Sub-Soil Probe (and Sub-Soil Probe Plus) Sampling tubes! Use one wrench to lock tightly around your sampling tube and another to clamp onto your cutting tip. With two comfortable handgrips, you can unscrew even the most stubborn connection.

• Accepts liners up to 36 inches long.

Replacement cutting tip for most soil types.

Replacement cutting tip for saturated soils where compaction of the soil sample is a problem.

Use our solid tip instead of a cutting tip to plunge to desired depth without filling the sampling tube. Useful for creating small diameter monitoring wells or limiting sample debris.

Adapter allows the JMC Environmentalist's Sub-Soil Probe PLUS to use any JMC Sampling Tube.
